![]() Only tested this briefly on 2 folders, so I can't comment on stability, but since I must provide a rating I'll give it a 5 since I didn't see any negative comments about crashing or freezing. It's not perfect, but better - it offers a bunch of preferences and can be set to replace Preview as the default image viewer. ![]() ![]() JustLooking offers more features (including resize, rename and a thumbnail window) and is FREE. There are simple editing capabilities as well. I also don't like the hiding toolbar - although it appears quickly, it still takes longer to press a button than if if were always there (should be a preference). IrfanView is a good picture viewer that is fairly quick and easy to use. I want a photo viewer that is fast and responsive like Windows Photo Viewer (not Windows 10 Photos app) but also plays GIFs files (WPV used to in XP but Microsoft decided otherwise), has 'fit to width', goes fullscreen (with zoom features) and most importantly, sort by Windows Explorer current folder (WPV does this). 7GIF is a multimedia player thats made specifically for viewing GIFs, and it is equipped with tools and commands that will allow users to properly play. There's no fast way to jump to a specific image in a full folder. I HATE not having a sidebar with thumbnails visible ALL THE TIME. LowKey Image Viewer is a fast and simple image and video viewer for macOS and Windows that supports. With this unique app you can easily play all GIF and WEBP animations on your Android smartphone or tablet. ![]() Only 7 preferences that don't offer any real customization. The toolbar only has basic functions, you can't even rotate or trash a file unless you use a shortcut or do it from the menu. You gotta love keyboard shortcuts to love this app, and I don't. It's definitely just a viewer - not good for anything else, not even renaming. ![]()
